Zander Erturkuner is a Vice President at Trinity Hunt Partners and serves on the Board of Directors for Acuvance. In his role at Trinity Hunt, Zander supports deal sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company growth initiatives, bringing a strong foundation in financial strategy and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Trinity Hunt in 2021, Zander was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at RBC Capital Markets. There, he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and debt financing transactions, with a focus on the energy sector.
Zander is actively involved in the strategic oversight of several Trinity Hunt portfolio companies, including Coker, Fleet Response, Centrata, Parallel ENT & Allergy, and Visterra. At Acuvance, he contributes to growth strategy and platform development across its expanding healthcare advisory ecosystem.
Zander graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
John Oakes is a Partner at Trinity Hunt Partners and serves on the Board of Directors for Acuvance. As a member of Trinity Hunt’s Investment Committee, John plays a pivotal role in deal sourcing, transaction execution, and long-term portfolio value creation, bringing deep expertise in growth strategy, operational scalability, and healthcare investment.
John joined Trinity Hunt in 2015 following his early career in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Today, he leads key healthcare-focused initiatives within the Trinity Hunt portfolio and is actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of several high-growth organizations.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Boards of Coker, Centricity Research, and Parallel ENT & Allergy Partners, and is also a board member at Aperture. In these roles, John works closely with executive teams to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment in complex healthcare environments.
John holds a B.B.A. in Finance, with honors, from Southern Methodist University.
Justin Chamblee is President of Coker and serves on the Board of Directors for Acuvance. A nationally recognized expert in physician compensation, Justin leads both the strategic direction of Coker and the execution of high-impact advisory services that help healthcare organizations align financial incentives with clinical goals.
For nearly two decades, Justin has advised hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and private equity-backed platforms on physician compensation strategy, valuation, and compliance. His work spans a wide range of arrangements from foundational structures like call pay and medical directorships to advanced value-based models and distribution frameworks for ACOs, CINs, and P4P initiatives.
Justin partners with provider organizations of all sizes, from regional medical groups to large, integrated health systems, to design end-to-end compensation solutions that are aligned with market trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational mission. He also supports ongoing compensation valuation needs and helps clients build scalable FMV and commercial reasonableness compliance programs.
As President of Coker, Justin oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and service line integration while guiding long-term strategic growth in collaboration with the broader Acuvance platform. He also serves on the board of ProCare Portal, a leading physician compensation automation platform.
A sought-after speaker and author, Justin regularly presents at national industry events and contributes thought leadership through professional associations such as the AAPL, HFMA, AMA, and HealthLeaders Media. His voice is a leading one in the national conversation around sustainable, equitable, and strategic physician compensation.
Wes Champion is a seasoned leader and member of the Board of Directors at Acuvance. Known for his ability to integrate consulting rigor with technology innovation, Wes elevates organizational performance through disciplined financial strategy, data-driven insights, and high-impact execution. His leadership philosophy echoes Acuvance’s commitment to clarity, intelligence, and transformative outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
As former Managing Director and CEO of Kaufman Hall, an established advisory and performance management software firm in healthcare and education, Wes brings deep expertise in operational execution, strategic growth, and client‑centered transformation.
Before assuming leadership in 2018, Wes joined Kaufman Hall in 2017 as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day‑to‑day operations while guiding the firm’s evolution. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Premier, Inc., where he led the Performance Improvement practice and supported the company’s public offering in 2013.
Max Reiboldt, CPA, serves as Chairman of Coker and sits on the Board of Directors for Acuvance. With five decades of experience advising healthcare providers and investors, Max is a seasoned leader whose career has helped shape the evolution of healthcare delivery and business strategy nationwide.
Throughout his career, Max has worked alongside hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and private equity firms, guiding organizations through periods of transformation with practical, data-informed strategies. His areas of expertise span financial and operational consulting, strategic planning, physician-hospital alignment, compensation modeling, clinical integration, and value-based care readiness.

Greg is a Vice President at Acuvance, where he helps healthcare organizations successfully navigate the complexities of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence to post-close integration. With over a decade of professional services experience, Greg specializes in leading transformative change across people, processes, and technology to deliver long-term value.
His work spans the healthcare ecosystem, including independent and private equity-backed providers, payers, and healthcare services organizations. Greg brings a structured, outcomes-focused approach to post-merger integration, combining operational rigor with adaptive leadership to ensure alignment, efficiency, and cultural cohesion during times of significant transition.
He has led Integration Management Offices (IMOs) for complex, matrixed organizations, driving enterprise-wide coordination across functional areas such as operations, finance, IT, human capital, legal, and sales. Greg has built and refined scalable integration playbooks, improved process maturity, and delivered meaningful EBITDA growth through risk mitigation and performance management.

John Reiboldt serves as Chief Development Officer, where he leads growth strategy and business development initiatives across the organization. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare services as both an investment banker and management consultant, John brings a unique combination of strategic vision and financial acumen to the Acuvance platform.
Throughout his career, John has worked across a wide range of healthcare sectors and subsectors, creating nearly $5 billion in enterprise value for clients. He has advised healthcare organizations at every stage of growth, helping them identify opportunities, raise capital, navigate transactions, and align strategy with long-term goals.
John was the founding partner of Coker Capital Advisors, a boutique healthcare investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Under his leadership, the firm expanded nationally, establishing offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, and New York, and became one of the largest privately held healthcare investment banks in the U.S. In 2018, John led the firm’s sale to Fifth Third Securities, where he continued as Managing Director through 2023.
Earlier in his career, John spent more than a decade at Coker, where he launched the firm's financial services group. His ability to bridge strategic advisory and transaction expertise has made him a trusted partner for healthcare organizations navigating complex transitions.

Alex Graves is the Chief Financial Officer of Acuvance, where he leads financial strategy and operations across the entire advisory platform. With a background in healthcare investing, Alex brings an analytical mindset and a sharp understanding of the industry’s financial and operational dynamics.
Earlier in his career, Alex spent a decade investing in technology and services businesses across the provider, payer, and employer-health markets.
